Je voulais simplement apporter une précision :

Jean II d' Auray épouse Jeanne de MEULLENT en 1448, celle-ci décédera avant 1486, et il se remarie avec Jeanne de Quincé, avec qui il n' aura pas d' enfants. Lui meurt en 1486.

 

D' autre part, Guillaume d'AURAY, seigneur de Redon, fut Grand maître de la Vénerie et de la Fauconnerie du Duc de Bretagne, et participa à la fameuse bataille d'Auray le 19/9/1364; il épousa par Contrat du 26/5/1362 Jeanne d'AVAUGOUR. Ils sont les parents de Jean I, seigneur d'Auray et de Carmadiou,  Grand veneur de Gilles de Bretagne en 1436, épousa Jeanne de QUEBRIAC vers 1405, d'où Jean II ci-dessus...

Mais Guillaume eut aussi un autre fils, Lancelot I, seigneur de Kermadio, dit d'AURAY-VARLOT, qui continua une branche restée en Bretagne.
